Are you an experienced IT Consultant/Project Manager with a knack for writing complex business cases? Fujitsu, in collaboration with our valued customer, WA Police, is currently seeking exceptional talent to join our team!
As an IT Consultant/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive Business Case for our esteemed client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to business stakeholders within the relevant units.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are achieved with top-notch quality and within strategic alignment.
  • Ensuring the implementation of robust technical project governance and reporting.
  • Conducting detailed design, analysis, and planning to determine scope, schedule, and cost inputs for the Business Case.
  • Facilitating productive meetings and workshops, both formal and informal.
  • Updating the current ERP Strategy.
  • Completing the Business Case Gateway Review and taking necessary subsequent actions.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other supporting tasks for the ERP replacement project while awaiting feedback on the Business Case. These tasks may include:

Providing valuable input into the development of the Procurement Plan, Request for Information, Request for Tender, and Change and Communications Management Plans, leveraging insights from the Business Case. ✨ Undertaking various documentation and related activities as required.

To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant experience and a track record of effectively leading and coordinating the delivery of Business Cases and associated deliverables. Familiarity with the WA Treasury Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF) Business Case template is highly desirable. The Business Case you will be working on aims to secure funding from the State Government, such as the Digital Capability Fund.

NB THIS ROLE WILL START IN AUGUST AND IS EXPECTED TO LAST A MINIMUM OF 10 MONTHS

  • Replacement ERP System encompassing HR, Payroll, Assets, and Finance. 🔹 Workforce Management Solution, including electronic Rostering. 🔹 System Integrator (SI) services.
